Deleting your account and data
You can delete your efora.az account (the "efora — Elan və alış-veriş" app) and its associated data at any time.
How to delete your account
- 1Sign in on efora.az or in the app.
- 2Open Account → Settings.
- 3At the bottom, in "Delete account", enter your password (or your email if you sign in with Google) and confirm.
If you can't sign in, email info@efora.az from your registered address with the subject "Delete my account" — it will be deleted within 7 business days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email, phone and city
- All your listings, products, photos and videos
- Your store
- Your reviews, favorites, saved searches, follows, likes, comments and notifications
What is kept
- Conversations remain for the other party; your name is shown as "—".
- Payment and order history is kept anonymized for the period required by law.
Deleting data without deleting the account
You can delete your listings, products, videos, saved searches and favorites individually at any time in your Account.
